Non so se capita anche a te, ma molte persone mi scrivono dicendomi che hanno problemi di vario genere, diretti ed indiretti, legati al sonno.

I problemi sono i più svariati e non sono connessi solamente al sonno in se.

Le persone non mi riferiscono “solo” (come se già non fosse abbastanza) di dormire male, ma lamentano anche effetti che, valutati nel giusto contesto,  sono facilmente correlabili alla mancanza di buon sonno.
